📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking meals according to recipes and standards.,Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.,Prepare and stock ingredients and supplies as needed.,Assist in food inventory management and ordering.,Help in maintaining food safety and quality standards.,Assist in training and mentoring junior kitchen staff.,Participate in kitchen maintenance and equipment upkeep.,Assist in special event preparations and catering services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Kitchen Assistant or similar role.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic knowledge of Indonesian cuisine is a plus.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.,Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools.
