📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and maintain a fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized.
  • Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and vehicle maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections and maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to drivers and other stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in fleet management.
  • Ensure all vehicles are properly insured and comply with all relevant laws and regulations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in fleet coordination and management.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
