📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.,Provide technical support to employees, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues.,Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.,Ensure data security and implement measures to protect against cyber threats.,Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of IT services.,Develop and implement IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.,Perform regular backups and disaster recovery planning to protect against data loss.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies to ensure our systems are cutting-edge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a System Administrator or similar role.,Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and network protocols.,Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.,Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus.,Proven ability to manage and troubleshoot complex IT issues.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
