PT Dinamika Pratama is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the operations of our restaurant in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. This is a remote position, allowing you to manage the restaurant from anywhere while ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage service.
  • Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety standards and regulations.
  • Manage and train the restaurant staff to maintain high standards of service and quality.
  • Monitor and maintain the restaurant's financial performance, including budgeting and cost control.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Ensure that the restaurant's image and reputation are maintained and enhanced.
  • Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the restaurant's operations.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu planning and cost control.
  • Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
  • Ability to work remotely and manage a team effectively from a distance.
