📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and present design concepts and proposals to clients, highlighting the unique features and benefits of each project.,Collaborate with our team of designers, architects, and project managers to ensure that all design elements are cohesive and meet our clients' expectations.,Conduct site visits and inspections to assess the feasibility of design concepts and address any potential issues or challenges.,Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients throughout the design and construction process, ensuring that their vision is realized.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the luxury interior design and architecture industry, and incorporate this knowledge into our projects.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty to our company.,Participate in sales meetings and presentations, demonstrating our company's products and services to potential clients.,Contribute to the development of marketing and promotional materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media content.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in the luxury interior design and architecture industry, with a strong track record of successful projects and satisfied clients.,Proven experience in sales and client relationship management.,Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex design concepts to clients.,Strong creative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative design solutions.,Proficiency in using design software, such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
