📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Identify and pursue sales opportunities through market research and client interactions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Present products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.,Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Participate in team meetings and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or property development industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build strong relationships.,Proficiency in using sales tools and software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
