Central Asia Insurance is looking for a talented and experienced Subsidiaries Control Accountant to join our team in Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the financial activities of our subsidiaries, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting. This is a hybrid/remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to our global operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and control the financial activities of subsidiaries, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports for subsidiaries.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with subsidiary management and other stakeholders.,Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and financial projections for subsidiaries.,Conduct regular financial reviews and audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Provide financial advice and support to subsidiary management on financial matters.,Stay up-to-date with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a multinational company.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and GAAP.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
