In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our Learning and Development initiatives. You will assist in the development and implementation of training programs, facilitate learning activities, and ensure the effective delivery of learning materials. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of training programs and initiatives.,Facilitate learning activities and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.,Support the creation and delivery of learning materials, including e-learning modules and manuals.,Conduct needs assessments and gather feedback to improve training programs.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure the successful execution of training activities.,Maintain accurate records of training activities and participant progress.,Assist in the evaluation and selection of training vendors and providers.,Support the Learning and Development team in achieving departmental goals and objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a learning and development or training role.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools is a plus.,Ability to travel for training purposes as required.
