📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs and materials that align with the company's learning and development goals.,Identify training needs and design solutions to address those needs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure that learning and development initiatives are integrated into the overall business strategy.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their professional development.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Learning and Development, Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on training and development.,Experience in designing and delivering training programs and materials.,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant software tools.
