You will be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, verifying the condition and quantity of received items, and ensuring they are stored correctly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the receipt of goods from suppliers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Verify the condition and quantity of received items against purchase orders and invoices.
Coordinate with suppliers to resolve any discrepancies or issues with the received goods.
Ensure proper storage of goods in the warehouse, following company guidelines and safety protocols.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using SAP or similar inventory management software.
Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
Collaborate with the warehouse team to optimize storage and retrieval processes.
Provide support to the warehouse team as needed, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related role.
Proven experience with inventory management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with suppliers and team members.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Familiarity with warehouse operations and safety protocols.
Certification in Inventory Management or a related field is a plus.
