📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Provide technical support to employees,Monitor and manage IT security,Ensure data backup and recovery processes,Install, configure, and maintain software applications,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT solutions,Document IT processes and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a similar role,Knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks,Familiarity with operating systems such as Windows and Linux,Understanding of IT security best practices,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Basic knowledge of programming languages such as PythonJavaor C++Experience with IT support tools and softwareFamiliarity with cloud computing platformsUnderstanding of ITIL frameworkBasic knowledge of database managementExperience with virtualization technologiesAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesStrong attention to detail
