In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and screening candidates, and contributing to the overall success of our hiring initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening candidates.,Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.,Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.,Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian job market and recruitment practices is a plus.
