📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to ensure their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients.
  • Monitor client accounts to ensure they are profitable and in line with company goals.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
  • Analyze sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive revenue growth.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
  • Manage and mentor junior sales staff.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluency in Indonesian and English.
