📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the retail store, ensuring high levels of efficiency and productivity.,Lead and manage a team of store assistants, providing guidance, training, and support.,Implement and enforce store policies and procedures to maintain a positive and professional work environment.,Monitor inventory levels, order stock as needed, and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Train and develop store assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure the store meets all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.,Handle customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues to the satisfaction of the customer.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth operation of the store and the overall success of the business.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Proven experience as a store manager or assistant store manager in a retail environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service.,Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and retail software.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects as needed.
