Star Direct Ekspansindo is seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer to lead and mentor our team in implementing and maintaining our DevOps practices. This role is crucial in ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and secure. If you are passionate about DevOps and have a strong background in cloud technologies, we want to hear from you.,In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of DevOps practices, mentoring junior engineers, and ensuring our infrastructure is optimized for performance and security. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and mentor the DevOps team in implementing and maintaining DevOps practices.,Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient and reliable software delivery.,Monitor and optimize our cloud infrastructure to ensure high performance and security.,Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify and resolve infrastructure issues.,Ensure compliance with security and regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular reviews and audits of our DevOps processes to identify areas for improvement.,Mentor and train junior engineers in DevOps best practices and tools.,Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the DevOps field.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in DevOps roles, with a strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or GCP).,Proven experience in implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.,Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet.,Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.,Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, and ELK stack.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.
