As Operations Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring seamless daily operations, optimizing performance, and driving continuous improvement. You’ll work closely with our team of 150+ employees, leveraging industry-leading tools like SAP and Microsoft Dynamics to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards across all locations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor a team of 20+ operational staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Manage and optimize the budget for all operational activities, ensuring financial targets are met.
• Collaborate with the finance team to forecast and analyze operational expenses, identifying areas for cost savings.
• Leverage data analytics to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and make data-driven decisions.
• Ensure all operational processes are documented and standardized across all locations.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, implementing new technologies and methodologies to drive operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in operations management within the hospitality or tourism industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing multi-site operations in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Certification in Lean Management, Six Sigma, or a similar operational excellence framework is a plus.
• Strong understanding of financial management and budgeting principles.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with operational software such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar tools.
