In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our outlet, ensuring customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our business. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while being part of a dynamic and growing company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the outlet.,Assist customers with their inquiries and ensure they receive the best possible service.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking.,Assist in the preparation and presentation of products for sale.,Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.,Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive work environment.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.,Familiarity with inventory management systems is a plus.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
