📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.,Source, screen, and evaluate job applicants to ensure a high-quality candidate pool.,Conduct job interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and match candidates accordingly.,Maintain a strong employer brand and represent the company as a recruiter.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.,Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook.,Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
