📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and food and beverage ordering.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, and that the restaurant is clean and well-maintained.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Manage the restaurant's budget and financial performance.,Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure that food is prepared and served according to high standards.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Supervise and train the restaurant staff to ensure that they are knowledgeable and skilled in their roles.,Monitor and analyze sales and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.,A strong understanding of the food and beverage industry and its trends.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,The ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,A high school diploma or equivalent, with additional culinary or hospitality training preferred.,Knowledge of point-of-sale systems and inventory management software is a plus.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations is required.,A passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
