📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.,Prepare and process monthly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.,Monitor and reconcile bank accounts, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and reconciled.,Assist in the preparation of annual financial reports and audits.,Provide financial support to the management team by analyzing financial data and providing insights.,Train and mentor junior bookkeepers and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.,Stay updated with the latest accounting trends, technologies, and regulatory changes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a focus on financial reporting and analysis.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or SAP.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a plus.
