📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and customer preferences.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Manage a team of junior cooks and ensure they follow safety and quality standards.,Ensure the kitchen is clean and well-organized at all times.,Monitor food inventory and place orders as needed.,Participate in training and development programs for the kitchen staff.,Adhere to health and safety regulations and standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Cook in a professional kitchen.,Proficient in Indonesian and English language.,Knowledge of various cooking techniques and methods.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Experience with POS systems and kitchen management software.,Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.
