📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Assist the Head Chef in preparing and cooking dishes to meet the restaurant's high standards.
  • Ensure the quality and presentation of food items.
  • Manage the kitchen inventory and maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Train and mentor junior staff members.
  • Participate in menu planning and development.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage the kitchen schedule and staff assignments.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef or similar role.
  • Proven experience in managing a kitchen team.
  • Strong knowledge of Indonesian and international cuisine.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Fluent in English and Indonesian.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other departments.
