📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage store inventory, including stock levels, ordering, and reordering.,Oversee cash handling and ensure accurate financial transactions.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring a positive shopping experience.,Assist in store promotions, including display setup and product placement.,Monitor store security and ensure compliance with safety regulations.,Perform daily store checks and maintain cleanliness and organization.,Coordinate with suppliers and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Prepare and maintain reports on store performance and sales.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail or administrative role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills, including proficiency in spreadsheet software.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems is a plus.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 pounds.
