📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons in accordance with the curriculum.,Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.,Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic development.,Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement innovative teaching strategies.,Participate in school events and activities to enhance the overall learning experience for students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance and academic performance.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and best practices to continuously improve teaching methods.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, related field, or equivalent experience.,Proven teaching experience in a school setting.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and educational standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well in a team and manage time effectively.,Fluency in Indonesian and Tetun (local language) is a plus.,Valid teaching license or certification, if required.
