📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and insights.
• Create and maintain data models and dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Work with our marketing, sales, and operations teams to provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Develop and implement data-driven strategies to improve our business performance.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest data analysis techniques and tools, and share your knowledge with the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to stakeholders, clearly communicating your findings and recommendations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, with a focus on marketing, sales, or operations data.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R, with experience working with large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate your findings to stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data governance and privacy regulations, such as GDPR or CCPA.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
