📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure efficiency and safety.,Manage inventory levels and stock control to prevent overstocking or stockouts.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely receipt and distribution of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse policies and procedures.,Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment to ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular audits to assess inventory accuracy and identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor warehouse staff to ensure high levels of performance and compliance.,Handle and resolve customer complaints or issues related to warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of warehouse management software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the warehouse environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
