📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize delivery routes using Google Maps and Waze to ensure efficient and timely food delivery.
• Oversee the daily operations of the delivery team, including scheduling, performance tracking, and quality assurance.
• Coordinate with delivery partners and tech platforms such as GrabFood, GoFood, and Foodpanda to manage orders and resolve issues.
• Monitor and analyze delivery performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food handling standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing delivery issues promptly and professionally.
