📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Handle and qualify client inquiries, scheduling consultations and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless client onboarding
• Deliver exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients
• Assist in preparing and presenting proposals to potential clients
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
• Provide support to the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
• Stay updated on industry trends and market developments
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
• Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian
• Basic understanding of HR solutions and the recruitment process
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
