📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic plans for research and postgraduate education.
• Oversee the management of research projects and funding applications.
• Manage and mentor postgraduate students and researchers.
• Foster collaborations with industry partners and academic institutions.
• Ensure compliance with university policies and regulations.
• Represent the Centre for Research and Graduate Studies at national and international conferences.
• Evaluate and improve the Centre's performance and impact.
• Lead the development of new academic programs and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Master's degree in a relevant field, preferably with a Ph.D.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in academic administration, research management, or postgraduate education.
• Proven track record in strategic planning and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of research methodologies and academic standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in managing budgets and financial resources.
• Familiarity with academic software and tools such as CRIS, EndNote, and ResearchGate.
