📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and implement inclusive programs for individuals with disabilities
• Conduct needs assessments and develop personalized support plans
• Educate and train community members on disability inclusion and advocacy
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on independent living skills
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs using relevant tools and metrics
• Collaborate with local government agencies and non-profit organizations to expand program reach
• Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure program sustainability
• Stay updated on best practices and trends in disability inclusion and advocacy

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in disability inclusion and advocacy
• Certification in Disability Inclusion (e.g., Certified Inclusion Professional - CIP)
• Strong understanding of local laws and policies related to disability rights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software for data management and reporting
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages
