VJF Toolmaster Corp. is looking for a Production Planning & Control Specialist to join our team in Badung, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective operation of our production processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement production plans, monitor production performance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and company goals.,Monitor and analyze production performance to identify areas for improvement.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient production.,Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency and quality.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date production records and reports.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.,Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.,Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in production planning and control in a manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and technologies.,Proficiency in production planning and control software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.,Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
