📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Teach piano lessons to students aged 4-12, focusing on both classical and pop styles
• Develop and implement a comprehensive curriculum that balances technical skill with musical expression
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
• Organize and lead group classes, recitals, and other musical events
• Collaborate with other instructors to ensure a cohesive and engaging learning environment
• Stay updated with the latest teaching methods and technologies in piano education
• Maintain a clean and organized teaching space
• Promote the school's values and mission to students and their families

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Music Education, Piano Performance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching piano to children
• Proficiency in both classical and popular piano styles
• Certification in early childhood music education (e.g., MTNA, AMEB, or equivalent)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment
• Familiarity with teaching tools and software such as Musicnotes, Flowkey, or similar
• Passion for inspiring and nurturing young musical talents
