📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Design, implement, and maintain manufacturing processes for medical devices
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment malfunctions and production issues
- Conduct process validation and verification activities
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for manufacturing operations
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) on production problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve production efficiency
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and quality standards (ISO 13485)
- Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, preferably in the medical devices industry
- Familiarity with medical device manufacturing processes and regulations (ISO 13485)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in using manufacturing execution systems (MES) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
