📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide exceptional after-sales service to customers, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on bicycles, using tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and bike-specific tools.
• Manage and maintain our spare parts inventory, ensuring we have the right parts on hand to meet customer needs.
• Work closely with our sales team to provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the bicycle industry, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.
• Ensure that all bicycles leaving our workshop are well-maintained and fully functional.
• Assist in the training and development of new team members.
• Comply with all safety regulations and procedures in the workshop.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a bicycle mechanic or in a similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of bicycle mechanics, including routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with bike-specific tools and equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid motorcycle or bicycle mechanic certification is a plus.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, up to 20 kg.
