📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stock movement, and order fulfillment.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy of inventory records and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to manage receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems (WMS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software like SAP.
• Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and safety measures.
• Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize storage space and improve inventory turnover.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, including those related to handling hazardous materials.
• Analyze warehouse performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Proficient in Mandarin (both spoken and written).
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and ERP software like SAP.
• Certification in Warehouse Management (preferred but not mandatory).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for business use.
