📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Manage a team of healthcare professionals, providing guidance and support to enhance their performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinate with healthcare providers, administrators, and support staff to ensure seamless integration of services.
• Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate documentation.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and professional development.
• Represent the clinic at community events and health fairs to build brand awareness and strengthen relationships with local stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in a multi-location clinic setting.
• Proven track record of managing healthcare operations and improving clinic performance.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in using healthcare management software such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Certification in healthcare management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
