📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
• Manage a team of 50+ staff, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure high performance standards
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with budgetary targets
• Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, vendors, and government authorities
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as industry-specific standards
• Represent the hotel at industry events and conferences to build brand reputation
• Drive continuous improvement in service quality through regular training and development programs

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality management, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end hotel operations in Jakarta or similar markets
• Strong understanding of revenue management, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) and local language (Bahasa Indonesia)
• Knowledge of hotel management software such as PMS (Property Management System) and ERP systems
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively
